Abstract
Camellia Seed Oil, also known as Tea Oil, is extract from the seeds of Camellia brevistyla or C. oleifera. Tea oil is premium edible oil, whose quality is close to olive oil. The supply in Taiwan is not adequate to the demand since 1985. Therefore, the potential of tea oil local market in Taiwan is enormous. However, low production resulting from small and dispersed farmlands is just one of the many problems.    C. brevistyla. The purpose of this project is to facilitate the planning and implementation of a large area C. brevistyla production district by establishing a demonstration site. The cooperation of industry, farmer, researcher, and local organization will help C. brevistyla to be a local feature agricultural product.
