執行成果摘要
Artificial seeds produced with shoot tips and somatic embryos of Cinnamomum kanehirae will try in this project. The aim is to reduce the steps of nursing plants from shoot rooting in vitro to plant out ex vitro. The second one is trying to establish methods for long term storage of C. kanehirae shoots and transgenic cell of Taxus sumatrana cultures in vitro. There have 1661 embryos of C. kanehirae were cultured in vitro, in which fifty ones germinated, and 2000 multishoots of Clone # B77 were produced as materials for artificial seed this year. These shoot tips have been stored in low temperature at 4℃ and 12℃ to test the best storage conditions. Five transgenic cell lines of T. sumatrana cell cultures with high taxanes content and rapid growth were selected, and have propagated enough materials for the test of low temperature storage.
