執行成果摘要
The seed of Aleurites moluccana was oven dried at 60℃ for 24 hours and the husk was crack and the kernel is easily to be collect. It is a good seed process method to obtain a pure kernel for the oil extraction. The method will both reduce the cost budget of seed processing and energy. The seed oil fatty acids were analyzed with GC/MS. It is showed that both the seed oil of A. moluccana and Calopyllum inophyllum contained oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid which are good materials for the cosmetics production. While the fatty acids of the seed coat wax of Sapium sebiferium are mainly on the Palmitic acid and oleic acid. The ultraviolet spectrum absorbance analyzed the seed oil of C. inophyllum possess the absorbance at UVB and the pilot products also possessed the same absorbance. It is inferred the potential of the cosmetics on sunlight resistance. Although the A. moluccana oil did not showed the absorbance at UV but it is good to heal the skin hurt after the sun burn. The ingredient we combine the fine structure of the S. sebiferium wax and the former seed oils produced 5 pilot cosmetics which are on the SGS testing. The results will be received on December 5th 2013.
