Abstract
Cooking oils aredaily consumed food and necessary for people. Among them, Camellia tea oil ishighly acceptable in Asia due to its high levels of monounsaturated fatty acidsand polyphenol with beneficial effects. The procedure for producing Camellia teaoil in Taiwan is still vague and an excellent production system is needed.
