In the age of knowledge-based economy, ingenuity, innovation and entrepreneurship have become the basis of all industries and economic development around the world. In order for Taiwanese industries to maintain productivity and stay ahead of the competition, Council of Agriculture Executive Yuan encourages Taiwanese farmers, farming coalitions and agribusinesses to maximize their productive value by converting their knowledge and innovative techniques into commodities or services. Agricultural Innovation Incubation Center have constructed a thorough and diverse innovative environment to help foster the growth of new companies and startups. This project, through the establishment of agricultural business incubation network, strengthening of service capacity, and joint promotion and marketing, seeks to integrate cross-unit resources, set up Incubation Center working teams and collaborative promotion of entrepreneurship innovation, to improve the cooperation mechanism of the industry and performance of technology transfer, promote the link of agro-fishery-livestock enterprises and incubation center and expand the research capacity of agricultural enterprises. Innovation is based on incubation and industry-academy cooperation, timely support of small businesses and help improve farmers, farmer coalitions, production and marketing groups to enhance the agricultural culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. Agricultural Innovation Incubation Center will continue to implement and sustain the following goals of management practices: (1) To train and foster professional incubation talents and good service quality: the international expert was a key factor in good interaction between innovation incubation center and enterprises, that can help companies gain more business opportunities and provide more diverse services in order to achieve the revenue goal. (2) Good partnership: The interaction between innovation incubation center and companies is good. Additional real-time information and enabling effective integration are provided to gain the resource from government or funds to stable enterprises and enhance the development of more international market share. (3) Create perceived value: innovation incubation center provides the professional counseling and nurturing the successful example as a representative of the enterprise model to attract more enterprises in the future. (4) Enhanced customer satisfaction: the manifold consulting, value-added, customized services can enhance the core competitive advantage of the enterprises. (5) To assist Agricultural Innovation Incubation Center-stationed companies in technological product research and development, enhance interdisciplinary collaborations between members of the industry.
