Abstract
The possible residues in the production and processing of the wood and bamboo industry can be estimated by using 41.82% of its total consumption. That is, the annual average estimated residuals in the production and processing of the wood and bamboo industry are 1.39 million m3 (about 700,000 tons). The use of forest residues is mostly directly incinerated, used for energy (atomic carbon), discarded, recycled into wood materials and other treatments (such as composting, mosquito coils, fiber cement boards, feed, mushroom cultivation, etc.). For these low-value utilization methods, the utilization rate of forestry surplus materials is only 5%.Therefore, how to improve the use value and utilization of wood surplus materials is an important issue. The plan intends to use the forestry surplus materials to extract essential oils, effectively solving the problems of civil grievances, environmental protection, ecology and resource waste caused by the unreasonable use of forestry surplus materials. Analyze the composition of essential oils and perform biological activity tests. In recent years, the contribution of the pet economy to the modern market economy cannot be underestimated. Use of essential oils and other effectively extracted ingredients in the pet cleaning industry. This experiment will work with Yilan furniture and wood factory, NIU Department of Biotechnology and Animal Science, and pet supplies companies. Develop new pet products with low cost and high output, such as pet essential oil cleaning bath products, pet-specific deodorizing products, pet anti-flea, insect-repellent products, and pet anti-mosquito products. Increase the economic value of forestry surplus materials and develop diversified products.
