Abstract
The tea-seed oil is famous and polpular cooking-oil in the chinese triditional culture. Recently, the scandal of cookink-oil adulteration impacts on food safty and civil health. The tea-seed oil is expensive than most of other cooking oil, adulteration detection is important for product cerification. This study is a novel method for detecting adulteration of cooking oil. The molecular biological technology is used for adulteration detection research. Understanding the feasibility of DNA extraction from the cooking-oil is the main part in this study. We will do the small scale for the marketing oil as our study for testing the molecular marker and investigate attect of the industrial process to DNA extraction. In the long term, this study can be a foundation for tea-seed oil cerification and adulteration detecion.
