Abstract
The objectives of this study managed the three plantations of Schisandra arisanensis that were located at three different elevations, and to investigate and compare fruit numbers among sib families. Analyzing major lignans and nortriterpenoids from stems and leaves of S. arisanensis and select the best family for future uses. Results showed that the best families, SY and PJ, which produced average 50 string fruits. The other two families from WL and TF area produced less fruits. The 6 natural compounds of lignans were found and the 6 compounds with levels are as follows, Arisanschinins H 103μg-730μg, Angeloylgomisin H 65μg-216μg, Kadsuphilol C 0μg-378μg, Kadsulignan D 0μg-1845μg, Kadsurin 292μg-7472μg, and Angeloyl-binankadsurin A 0μg-1409μg. Further, 4 types of nortriterpenoids from the stems of S. arisanensis were obtained, i.e. 14(13→12)16(17→13)-diabeoschiartane-type, wuweiziartane-type, lancischiartane-type and preschisanartane-type.
