Abstract
The project intends to consolidate key technology gap in the forestry industry, and the integration of the development of the energy and technical resources, and by plans to replace older internal mechanism to show the capabilities and advantages of concrete Forestry Research Institute of Science and Technology research and development.Establishment of test strategies and industry-oriented institutions of focus formation mechanism, to develop a logistics management skills and problem solving cross-domain analysis of the issues, in order to plan the actual executable connotation of science and technology plan.
