This research is to explore the different extraction methods Melaleuca and camphor oil yield , composition differences and whether there are differences in crude extract for DPPH radical scavenging and anti-inflammatory response.Ultra- high-speed vacuum extraction had better DPPH radical scavenging capacity than water distillation and steam distillation to get the essential oil. Anti-inflammatory and cell viability test results are displayed the cell good viability in ultra high-speed vacuum extraction, does not have toxic effects on cells ,and extracts of Melaleuca oil steam distillation cell survival is poor. Anti-inflammatory response , the ultra- high-speed vacuum Melaleuca oil extraction , the concentration of 100 ppm in good repair with inflammation . Based on the above results , ultra high-speed vacuum extraction can get better benefits in the present study , the main reason may be derived from the expansion of the main components of the effect , because in the same volume , the main component of cineole can get more .
