The purpose of this study is to complete one set of colored illustrations in Taiwan, which will include the description and photograph of appearance of plant, hand-lens feature, microscope, and electron microscopy feature of wood. The major target of this year is the Pasania genus of Fagaceae which Pasania cornea, Pasania hancei var. ternaticupula, Pasania harlandii, Pasania konishii, Pasania nantoensis and Pasania synbalanos.
