Abstract
1. The genes (Crabs Claw protein) of Pasania glabra and P. synbalanos were sequenced and analyzed.
2. The DPPH, TEAC, polyphenos and flavone of each part of every sampling Pasania hancei were compared, and their anti-inflammation activities were analyzed.
3. Studies found that seeds of Pasania hancei and P. chiaratuangensis were non-dormancy. However, the germinations on stratification of different sources of P. hancei were significant different.
4. The graft test of Lithocarpus castanopsisfolius showed that seasons and different individuals significantly affect the successful rates. In addition, 100 stocks of P. konishii were cultivated for the future studies.
5. The rare statuses of 16 species of Pasania were evaluated. Their conservation policies were proposed, and their characters and photographs were elicited.
