Abstract
The DNA barcode data of Theaceae plants established using DNA transcribed spaces showed that the lengths of atbB-rbcL, petG-trnP and trnL-trnF were 827-847bp, 434-465bp and 419-438bp respectively, along with 71 complete sequences collected.
The seeds of Cephalotaxus milsoniana and Mahnia oiwakensis showed low germination rates due to their morphological dormancy, but seeds of Abies kawakamii (Hayata) in high altitude can germinate within one month after harvest. Besides, we found that Ganoderma australe and Trametes hirsute were the most common wood decay fungi investigated in Sihhu Shelterbelt, Liouguei Sunping and Chiayi Shizhuo judging from the data of more than 40 strains separation.
