Abstract
The growth of tree seedling was direct affected by media or sustrate during cultivation. The objective of this study was to development of standard procedure of tree and green seedling. We used seedling materials that collected from propagation and clone seedling cultivated different media and fertilizer. The seedling were cultivated different midia and fertilizer at dibbling tube in greenhouse. Than the seedling were measured after several month growth. We measure the media phychemical properties and the growth appearance after several month. The best pH value of substrates were 5.5 to 6.5. We could understand the states of decomposition of substrates through C/N ratio. The results indicate that substrates H, V, P1 and P3 were better. The exchange cations of substrates were satified seedlings. There are significant different in the survival rate of Taxus sumatrana, and all kind of parameter of plant growth were better in substrates H, V, P1 and P3. However, there are no significant different in the survival rate and quantity index of Cephalotaxus wilsoniana. Finally, we expect to development of standard procedure of tree and green seedling first. In addition, to development new cultivation motheds. Lastly, We hope to find a new way to establish the method that fitting low cost, energy conservation and ecosystem preservation.
