Abstract
The moth collecting by light attraction had been conducted
once a moth and totaly 1,318 photos of living adults of moths had been
taken and uploaded to the website Flickr for future identifying. We had
made 1,200 adult specimens so far in this study. 116 species including 16
families and 99 genus had been reared and identified which 4 species are
new to Taiwan and 6 species are Taiwan new records. 345 ecological photos
of larvae had been taken and also uploaded to Flickr. The primary list of
caterpillars with their hostplants had been established. Some
caterpillars that made their hosts with severe damage had been
investigated and discussed.
