Abstract
The major work this year (2009) is repair the line damage caused by Typhoon Morakot. The setting up and testing of wired and wireless network transmission systems in the Liouguei monitoring area has been completed. System is more stable than before the cyclone,and the transmission quality also better than before. The line damage in Taitung dwuu monitoring area is fixed earlier then Liouguei.The past, the weather information transmission needs the staff go to the site to copy. This shortcomings of a breakthrough development. After traffic is restored next year to set the scene ,We can automatically transport the weather information to Taipei-office with the digital transmission of radio transmission. After discussion ,we selected third monitoring area in Maolin, Kaohsiung. The power and monitoring towers and other equipment have been set up completed. The system will imitate the Liouguei monitoring area. So our project will have three separate plots of the ideal. So we will reached the plan.
