Recently, the government made various polices to promote conservation of biodiversity. Many of these are command-and-control approach, lack of incentive-based approach. Aborigines traditionally lived by gathering, hunting, fishing and farming. In recent years, because limited resources, population growth and social-economic environment changed, aboriginal living environment and lifestyle altered. This study will use a structured questionnaire to investigate respondents’ policy preference and motivation about conservation management institution. Two or three villages nearby a nature reserve were selected for the survey. The results can be used as consultation for the authorities to formulate resources management policy.
