The Taiwan aborigine had always occupied the lowest hierarchy of population structure and faced on serious problems of economic and cultural degradation. In order to conserve the race and cultural diversity, a solid treatment had to be carried out . Four working items should be conducted in the first year of this research ,which included : natural resources investigation、human and culture resources
investigation、landuse survey、important categlories for tribe development. It is necessary to realize the real weak points of aborigine tribe in its life style、population structure、economic industry and educational problem, and then several plans could be put foreward to solve the difficulties and promote their life standard by find out the real valuable eco-industries around natural circumstance. Most of all, to conserve the forest ecosystem and propose a sustainable management strategy in this aborigine tribe are the vital goals of the project.
