Abstract
The study is for understand the differences of conceptions among target groups of "Community Forestry Project" by policy design, enforcement performance and participants’ perceptions. The survey method is used by questionnaire and in-depth interview. The results of this study will provide the references of problem analysis on community forestry project, the understanding of the discrepancies of participant communities, and the evaluation of impacts of the community forestry project.
