In order to strengthen the application of remote sensing data in forest resource survey. This project collects forest resource survey data, permanent sample plot data and other forest sample plot data. This project will collect satellite and aerial photo images based on the survey time and location of each sample plot, and establishes the temporal and spatial distribution of forest stock through GIS and statistical modeling. In order to present the change of forest resources in Taiwan, and provide the automated classification and monitoring of forest resources.
