According to the estimation of the National Development Committee, the problem of uneven regional population distribution will become more serious. In addition, the continuous concentration of young and strong labor forces in metropolitan areas will result in insufficient labor in rural industries and an increasing gap between urban and rural areas. In 107, the Executive Yuan proposed the "National Strategic Plan for Local Creation", proclaiming that 108 will be designated as the first year of local creation in Taiwan. According to local characteristics, develop local industries, allow the population to return, and the youth to return to their hometowns to solve the demographic changes. In the future, China will face the problem of a reduction in the total population and an over-concentrated metropolitan area. According to indicators such as population change rate, population size, and residents' income, 134 township areas with serious population outflows and relatively weak residents are listed as the priority areas for local creation. In order to promote local innovation, the Executive Yuan has implemented five major promotion strategies through enterprise investment in hometown, technology introduction, integration of the Ministry's creation resources, social participation in creation and brand building, and cooperates with regulatory adjustments to implement local creation. Among them, in terms of enterprises investing in their hometowns, they mainly take inventory of local DNA, target markets and industrial development positioning, establish brand design elements, establish brand recognition systems, and add value to creative design of existing distinctive products (services). Products (services ) Development and innovation, professional manpower training to promote local in-depth experience tourism, improve local landscape, and create town charm. In terms of technology introduction, I hope to make good use of new media, virtual malls and other platforms, increase exposure opportunities, use e-commerce to expand marketing channels, and participate in exhibitions in overseas target markets, including (1) Nongshan Fishing Village 62: rich in agriculture and fisheries. The population of young and strong people is too small. Assist young people to return to their hometowns to start businesses, develop six levels of industry, strengthen elderly care facilities, and improve local basic living functions. (2) 24 districts of intermediary cities and towns: the core of local life education, lack of kinetic energy for industrial upgrading. Strengthen the function of intermediary services, link the city with Nongshan Fishing Village, revitalize old blocks, and enhance the function of commercial activities. (3) Yuan 48 District: There are many restrictions on land development, insufficient employment opportunities for youth, and poor public service standards. Assist in employment or entrepreneurship, match professionals to develop industries, and strengthen public service facilities. The purpose of this study is to assist the community to take stock of local DNA, design and develop creative works of local forestry products, improve the innovation productivity of local forestry products, introduce technology to optimize the development model of local forestry industry, and finally expect to promote the marketing of entrepreneurial services of local forestry products .
