Abstract
一、The silvicultural techniques on the seed mass production trees of valuable seed-oil species(一)The tending and fertilization on 3 year-old big fruit tanamu trees.(二)The growth investigation and fertilization on 3 year-old tallow trees.(三)The fruit production investigation on 7 year-old tanamu、tallow and candle nuts plantation.(四)Enhance the farmer to establish a seed mass production forest (gardan).二、Developing technologies for woody oil analysis and value-added utilization(一)Analysis of the antibacterial activity of the active ingredients in the chromatographic separation of the seed extracts of Calophyllum inophyllum.(二)Evaluate the light decay and degradation of the seed extracts of Calophyllum inophyllum.三、Cultivation of Zika virus-resistant plants and analysis of active ingredients(一)Investigation the phenology of Parahemionitis arifolia and confirm the best season for spore harvesting.(二)Establish a standard operating procedure for sexual reproduction of Parahemionitis arifolia.(三)Producing Parahemionitis arifolia  for the analysis of the active ingredients.四、The study on the under-forest economy of Camellia formosensis. Camellia formosensis is a potential plant on under-forest economy research. In order to give consideration to economy, Public welfare and Sustainability, it is necessary to do the research about ecology 、 plant nursey and chemical components. The aim of this research try to finish following items. (1)Phenology (2) structure and component of forest, generation mechanism of Camellia formosensis. (3)pick the good variety of Camellia formosensis (4) The analysis of chemical components by different attitude. The result will be helpful to conservation of Camellia formosensis, promote the income of tea industry.五、Research on the production of wasabi healthy seeds: Investigate the field growth, plant diseases and insect pests, and flowering and fruiting conditions of the existing wasabi cultivation areas to understand the flowering and fruiting phenology of the wasabi in the cultivation areas.  Seed harvesting was carried out during the pod maturity period to evaluate the seed yield per plant. After the seeds are harvested, a germination test is performed to evaluate the germination rate. observe the growth of the seedlings, and select healthy and homogeneous seedlings as the test materials for the next year.
