Abstract
In knowledge based economic century, creation, innovation and entrepreneurship are the basis of global economy development and industries. In order to upgrade productivity and competitive advantage of Taiwanese industries, Council of Agriculture Executive Yuan also encourages farmers, farmer groups and agribusiness to convert their knowledge and innovative techniques into commodities or service to create value. Agricultural innovation incubation centers have constructed diversity and innovation environment to help new companies to be established. This project through the establishment of agricultural business incubation network, is to strengthen services energy and joint marketing of services, integrate cross-unit resources, set up incubation centers working group and promote entrepreneurship innovation. It is to improve the cooperation mechanism and performance of technology transfer, promotie the link of agro-fishery- livestock enterprises and incubation center and expand the research energy of agricultural enterprises. Innovation is based on incubation and industry-academy cooperation, timely support creation of small business and help improve farmers, farmers groups, production and marketing groups to enhance the agricultural culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. The early study indicates that incubation center is based on management practices to propose strategy for reference: (1) Professional and good service quality: the international expert was a key factor in good interaction between innovation incubation center and enterprises, that can help companies gain more business opportunities and provide more diverse services in order to achieve the revenue goal. (2) Good partnership: The interaction between innovation incubation center and companies is good. Additional real-time information and enabling effective integration are provided to gain the resource from government or funds to stable enterprises and enhance the development of more international market share. (3) Create perceived value: innovation incubation center provides the professional counseling and nurturing the successful example as a representative of the enterprise model to attract more enterprises in the future. (4) Enhanced customer satisfaction: the manifold consulting, value-added, customized services can enhance the core competitive advantage of the enterprises.
