Abstract
To solve the current management dilemma of bamboo processing industries between environmental protection and business benefits, what is a hard problem to remove waste materials derived from long-term accumulated by bamboo processing, this project is based on existed technique and experiences of the bamboo fuel pellet production by the Taiwan Forestry Research Institute to extend to bamboo processing industries. The project also can promote the circular agriculture concept on re-use through material resource pelleting or briquetting, create new value-added products, and develop regional biomass energy system. The effects of this project can increase the domestic consumption of renewable energy, to save energy consumption from fossil fuel and to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide. The effects simultaneously can reach multi contribution on environmental protection, resource reutilization, and profit generation.
